University publications on the Baltic region (HSB)
Every year, universities and colleges in Germany and the Baltic states produce papers on Baltic topics. The digital series ‘Hochschulschriften zum Baltikum’ (University Papers on the Baltic States) publishes selected seminar papers, bachelor's and master's theses, which can be downloaded directly and free of charge. It also publishes the papers that were awarded fourth to seventh place in the Dietrich A. Loeber Study Prize.
